DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION: Address vacant lots – plant trees, develop/mark parking, flower baskets, aesthetics; try to fill empty buildings; fix existing buildings – paint, shrubs, façade improvements; incentives to come from town like Old East London program; learn from neighboring community; improve ‘green’ image in town; fix main street north side sidewalk (24);
