The TTAG 'Promote our Community' committee are investigating establishing trails in and around Thamesford.

Our long term goal is to establish a 'walking trail along the Thames river that extends from the source of the middle Thames to its confluence with the Lower Thames northwest of Putnam.

We believe this project will enhance our ability to attract tourism, business and people to the Thamesford area and to improve the overall quality of life for our residents.

We are just getting started on this project. We are currently trying to determine what we require for insurance to protect ourselves and the landowners who allow the creation of puplic trails on their property.

We have found the required insurance and are ready to proceed once the TTAG Board of Directors approves the need for insurance and we find the funds to purchase the insurance.
